Shipping costs and the threshold for free delivery depend on the country of delivery. The decisive factor is the value of the goods after the deduction of any discounts.

We do not currently offer an express shipping method.

For Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and Norway, the stated amounts are not conversions of a Euro amount but apply directly in the respective local currency. For the Czech Republic and Hungary, the stated Euro amounts are converted at the current daily exchange rate into Czech koruna (CZK) or Hungarian forint (HUF) and displayed and charged accordingly.

The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed in the shopping cart and at the latest before placing your order. If an order is delivered in multiple parcels, we will not charge shipping costs more than once.

Delivery Times and Partial Shipments

The total estimated delivery time is indicated for each product or will be displayed at the latest before ordering. It includes both processing and transit. If an order contains products with different delivery times, the goods may be shipped separately. The longer delivery time of an individual product may still apply to that specific product.

A portion of our range may be shipped directly by commissioned production, warehouse, or logistics partners. Regardless of the shipping method, ZINKE remains your contractual partner and point of contact.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries to countries of the European Union, you will not incur any additional import duties, customs, or clearance fees upon delivery. For these countries, we do not use shipping methods where the recipient can subsequently be charged with such costs. Should a carrier nevertheless request payment, please contact us at info@zinke.store before making any payment.

Norway: Norway is not part of the European Union. Shipments to Norway undergo customs clearance upon import. Norwegian import VAT (currently 25%), any applicable customs duties, and the carrier’s clearance fee are not included in our prices and shipping costs and are collected from the recipient upon delivery. The clearance fee depends on the carrier; with Posten Norge, it currently ranges from 46 to 278 NOK, depending on the value of the goods.

Tracking

As soon as a tracking number is available for a shipment, you will receive the tracking information via email. Partial shipments may result in multiple tracking numbers.

Payment Methods

The currently accepted payment methods are displayed at the latest at the beginning of the order process and again before placing the binding order. Depending on the selected payment method, the payment is processed immediately or becomes due according to the terms shown at checkout.

Price and Currency Notice

All prices displayed are total prices. In Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, and Finland, they are stated in Euros. In the Czech Republic, they are stated in Czech koruna and in Hungary in Hungarian forint, converted at the current daily exchange rate. In Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and Norway, fixed prices apply in Danish krone, Swedish krona, Polish złoty, and Norwegian krone, respectively; they are not conversions of a Euro amount. For deliveries to Norway, the import charges listed under “Customs and Import Duties” are added. The total amount shown at checkout is authoritative. Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is shown.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day

- on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods;
- in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good;
- in the case of a contract relating to delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://zinke.store/apps/widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you without undue delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

In the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires early if the seal has been removed after delivery. This exception applies only if the specific product meets the statutory requirements and was labelled accordingly before purchase.

VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal described above, we grant you a contractual right of return of 30 days. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by this. It exists independently alongside this right of return and remains in full force.

The following applies to the voluntary right of return:

- The period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.
- You register the return via the return function in your order confirmation or your customer account, or inform us informally at info@zinke.store.
- The goods should be returned complete and in a condition that does not go beyond an examination of their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
- We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.

Within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days, only the provisions of the information on the right of withdrawal set out above apply. If you make use of the voluntary right of return after this period has expired, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods after we have received them; in this case, the costs of the original delivery will not be refunded in addition.

Goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal does not exist or has expired early under the exceptions set out above are excluded from the voluntary right of return.
