No battery, no chip: this watch lives off your movement. The automatic movement winds itself with every swing of your arm – mechanical, honest, fascinating. Through the exhibition case back you can watch it at work from behind, too.

45 mm of presence on your wrist, a bezel with tachymeter scale, a link bracelet with folding clasp. In silver with a black dial for a clean look, in gold with a black or gold dial for anyone who wants to be noticed. And when the lights go out, the hands keep glowing.

Getting started

After a longer period of rest, gently swing the watch a few times or turn the crown forward a few rotations – then it runs again. Do not force the crown beyond the resistance.

Care

Protect from water: take it off before showering, swimming or washing your hands, and simply dry splashes with a soft cloth. That way the movement and bracelet stay in shape for a long time.

The shipping costs and the threshold from which we deliver free of charge depend on the country of delivery. The decisive amount is the value of the goods after deduction of discounts.

We do not currently offer an express shipping option.

In Denmark, Sweden and Poland, the amounts stated are not a conversion of a euro amount but apply directly in the respective national currency.

The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown in the cart and at the latest before you place your order. If an order is delivered in several parcels, we do not charge the shipping costs more than once.

Delivery times and partial shipments

The total estimated delivery time is stated for each product or is shown at the latest before you order. It includes processing and transport. If an order contains products with different delivery times, the goods may be shipped separately.

Part of our range may be shipped directly by commissioned production, warehouse or logistics partners. Regardless of the shipping route, ZINKE remains your contractual partner and point of contact.

Customs and import duties

No additional import duties, customs or clearance fees are charged to you on delivery. We do not use shipping methods in which the recipient may subsequently be charged such costs. Should a carrier nevertheless demand payment, please contact us at info@zinke.store before paying.

Shipment tracking

As soon as a tracking number is available for a shipment, you will receive the tracking information by e-mail. Partial shipments may result in several tracking numbers.

Price and currency information

All prices shown are total prices. In Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Czechia, Hungary and Finland, they are shown in euros. In Denmark they are shown in Danish kroner, in Sweden in Swedish kronor and in Poland in Polish złoty; the total amount shown at checkout is decisive. Due to the small business scheme under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is shown.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day

- on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods;
- in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good;
- in the case of a contract relating to delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces: on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://zinke.store/apps/widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you without undue delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

In the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires early if the seal has been removed after delivery. This exception applies only if the specific product meets the statutory requirements and was labelled accordingly before purchase.

VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal described above, we grant you a contractual right of return of 30 days. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by this. It exists independently alongside this right of return and remains in full force.

The following applies to the voluntary right of return:

- The period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.
- You register the return via the return function in your order confirmation or your customer account, or inform us informally at info@zinke.store.
- The goods should be returned complete and in a condition that does not go beyond an examination of their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
- We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.

Within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days, only the provisions of the information on the right of withdrawal set out above apply. If you make use of the voluntary right of return after this period has expired, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods after we have received them; in this case, the costs of the original delivery will not be refunded in addition.

Goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal does not exist or has expired early under the exceptions set out above are excluded from the voluntary right of return.
